What a client receives.

Portfolio companies from $50M to $500M in revenue.

A fixed-fee diagnostic, then a fixed-fee build of one tightly scoped workflow in your production systems. Your company controls and can revoke access.

First

First, a fixed-fee diagnostic.

We identify the value opportunity, walk the workflow and give you a scoped implementation plan with clear measures and risks. You decide whether to proceed.

Then

Then, a fixed-fee build.

We implement one tightly scoped workflow in your production systems. Your company controls and can revoke access. The scope names the owner, acceptance measures, approval points, release plan and handover.

  1. First week

In the first week, we meet the executive owner and the people closest to the workflow. We follow real examples through your systems, agree on the baseline and surface access, data and approval requirements early.

  2. By the end of week two

By the end of week two, you have the diagnostic: the value opportunity, workflow map, risks, acceptance measures and a fixed-fee build scope. Your team can see what will change, who will own it and what a production release requires.

  3. Day-30 review

At the day-30 review, we walk through the agreed milestone together: what has been built and tested, what people are using, what the evidence shows and what remains before the next release. For a workflow already released, we review the first operating results. Release dates and milestones are agreed in the build scope.

How a fund starts.

  1. 01

    Portfolio assessment

For a fund, or a deal team before a close. The review names the first workflow.

  2. 02

    Ninety days

One workflow at one company, with the count at day 90.

  3. 03

    The portfolio program

The same pattern at the next companies in the portfolio.

The review

One workflow at one company.
